Wicker: Obama Should Reassess Terrorism Strategy
Miss. Senator Comments on President’s Address to the Nation
December 6, 2015
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., has issued the following statement regarding President Obama’s address to the nation:
“This is a pivotal moment in the fight against terrorism. In the wake of the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil since September 11, the President needs to reassess his strategy. It is clear that more needs to be done to combat the scourge of Islamic extremism threatening the world. Unfortunately, the President’s address tonight offered the American people nothing new about how we are going to win this war.”
