“On Memorial Day, Americans will gather in remembrance of the many brave patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of us all. It is also fitting to pay special tribute to the more than 1.3 million men and women who are currently serving – voluntarily – to defend our freedom. We always need to dedicate ourselves to being a strong country worthy of their sacrifice. Neither ally nor foe should ever doubt our resolve.”
