WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., today met with Judge Brett Kavanagh, President Donald J. Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court.

“Judge Kavanaugh and I share a deep respect for the Constitution and the law.” Wicker said. “He is well-qualified to serve on the Supreme Court, and his record demonstrates that he will be a mainstream and thoughtful jurist. I enjoyed meeting with Judge Kavanaugh. I found him to be down-to-earth and genuine. We had a great conversation today on a number of topics, including some of his cases. I urge all of my colleagues to support his confirmation.”
