Wicker Statement on the Passing of William Forrest Winter

WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., today released the following statement on the passing of former Mississippi governor and education reformer, William Forrest Winter:
“Mississippi has lost a giant, and my family has lost a friend and neighbor,” Wicker said. “Another courageous member of the greatest generation joins the great cloud of witnesses.”
