CANTON – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., joined state and local officials at the groundbreaking in Madison County. The project will consist of two hyperscale data centers built on two industrial park sites.
“This major economic development achievement will be just one of our many success stories to come. It would not have been possible without Mississippi’s business-friendly atmosphere and our state, local, and federal stakeholders working together,” Wicker said. “This is a historic investment in our state, but our work does not end here. I will continue working to keep Mississippi a desirable place to live, work, and raise a family.”
In January, Senator Wicker released a statement praising the project’s announcement.
